Do I book an appointment to get a quote?
No appointment required. Please visit our office or call us during business hours and we will talk you through the quoting process.
Can I get a hire car?
Yes if your insurance policy allows it. We have Sixt hire cars onsite. Talk to your insurance company about your hire car options or give us a call and we will help you through it.
How long will it take to fix my car?
We will need to see your car first, if we haven’t already. Once we have assessed the damage and checked parts availabilities we will be able to give you a repair timeframe.
My insurance company is asking me to go somewhere else, but I want you to fix my car, what do I do?
Take note of the claim number that your insurance company or broker will provide you and then give us a call so that we can discuss other possible options for you.
Can you arrange towing?

Do you only service the Goulburn Vallery area?
While we are based in the Goulburn Valley area and many of our customers are based here as well, we are always happy to help, and some of our previous customers that have moved away still bring their vehicles back to us to work on! If you need a tow, you can see our towing service area here.
